You will be trained as an ​Entrepreneurship Intern, learning to ​manage and operate your own business. ​Skills honed include:

Expand your way of thinking and get outside ​of your box.

WIELD partners with local companies ​to provide the training, product, and ​model to help you run your business.

We teach you business acumen and ​prospecting techniques, and you grow ​your business through cold-calling, ​referrals and territory management.

You earn income from commission on ​your sales. The potential profit for the ​summer is totally up to you!

Interns live in WIELD Housing in Charlotte, ​NC for the summer. You’ll form a communal ​bond with your colleagues while learning to ​handle the responsibilities of living on your ​own.*

Upon successful completion of the ​program, WIELD Interns receive priority ​consideration for future employment ​and/or business opportunities with partner ​organizations.
